ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The oil is characterized by a light intensity green color and has an intense and elegant olive fruity with a clear herbaceous aroma and strong notes of green tomato. The taste is bitter and spicy, conferred by the high content of polyphenols, they are intense but balanced with hints of tomato leaf and artichoke.
