ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow colour. Gentle but very particular fruity, characterized by hints of rosemary, mint and lemon typical of the Sorrento Peninsula. The taste is sweet and gentle with a low bitter and spicy intensity that creates a sweet harmony with the strong notes of aromatic herbs.
