ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The oil is characterized by a yellow color and green highlights with a moderately light fruity and scent of green leaf. The taste is bitter and spicy well balanced and they are combined with a pleasant almond aftertaste with light scent of pine nut.
